Chad Brumit

Chad Brumit, CSCP brings over 25 years’ experience as an executive leader in driving company growth – global revenue, gross margin improvements, and increasing demand generation with an extensive background in a B2B contract manufacturing setting. Handling broad responsibilities in various business development and operations leadership roles including President, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operations Officer, allowed Chad to quickly hone the critical skills required to align and execute the strategic direction with the daily business needs across manufacturing, sales and customer service operations.Chad is adept in working in virtually any setting and successfully navigated transitioning from being in a privately held organization into a PE backed group and most recently was part of a multi-billion publicly traded group based out of Seoul South Korea. This same adaptability translates into a solutions-based approach that anticipates how the value proposition must evolve to meet ever-changing customer needs and ultimately turn that into increased profitable revenues for the company.

Chad earned his Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Penn State; he is APICS certified and active in his community. He currently serves on the Dallas County Manufacturing Association Steering Committee as Vice Chairman and is a member on the advisory board for TMAC. Past community involvement includes board member and past Chairman and Treasurer for the Garland Chamber of Commerce, Baylor Medical Center at Garland board member, Leadership Garland steering committee Chair and member of the Rowlett chapter for Keep Texas Beautiful. He is married with one daughter, two sons and one dog. When not keeping busy with their two youngest boys, both Chad and wife support the local arts with active involvement with groups such as Garland Summer Musicals and Garland Civic Theatre.
