Multiple previous successes and M&A activities have led Tawnya to seek additional opportunities to contribute to other companies as either a Board participant or M&A Integration coordinator in the industry areas in Tawnya’s diverse background including Semiconductor, Telecomm, Retail/Consumer Goods, Plumbing and Construction for Fortune 100/500, Private/Family Owned and Private Equity firms.
Tawnya currently serves as a fiduciary Board Director for Gateway for Cancer Research, formerly, the non-profit arm of Cancer Center Treatments of America. Prior to that, Tawnya has held both State Advisory and Board Director positions with OneOC (https://oneoc.org), and Childhelp (Arizona Chapter, State Advisory BOD),(https://www.childhelp.org), respectively. In addition, Tawnya has participated on or led numerous strategic committees in both member and Co-Chair capacities in addition to the Board commitments. Tawnya has also Co-chaired for Governance for OneOC as well as served as Council Member for Make a Wish, Arizona Chapter. In each of these roles, in addition to fiduciary and advisory capacities, Tawnya has led numerous capital development campaigns increasing top-line revenues in excess of $1M-$5M.
Tawnya holds a Master of Business and Administration from the Paul Merage School Of Business from the University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Strategy & Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ. Tawnya also holds a certification in acquisition integration. Tawnya has been an Executive Speaker for the University of California, Irvine, Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ and Orange County investment groups on related Global Supply Chain, company transformation, growth and M&A related topics on her subject matter expertise. She is a Principal of Intista (https://intista.com/) and a member of the Dallas Ft Worth chapter of Private Directors Association (PDA).
